The last time I blogged it was about Halloween cupcakes. This time, it will be about some of the most amazing gingerbread house craftmanship you’ve ever seen.
Running a blog devoted to all things cake is a bit difficult when you’re on a diet, so I’ve constantly been trying to think of cake recipes that aren’t too unhealthy. Except the words ‘cake’ and ‘healthy’ don’t ever really go together, so flapjacks is what I came up with.
These are (relatively) healthy and nutritious, with lots of fruit and not too much bad stuff. The banana makes sure they aren’t too dry and mine were fairly gooey, so if you want to make them crunchier cook them for a little bit longer.
